Our three-session course systematically teaches you to interpret the major categories of Argentine real estate market indicators.
The course consists of three focused sessions, each examining a specific category of market indicators. Every session follows the same structure: explaining what the indicators measure, showing where to find official data, and teaching how to interpret the information correctly.
Sessions build on each other but can also stand alone. You'll work with real data examples throughout, developing practical skills in reading and understanding the reports you encounter in market news.
Understanding what property registration data reveals about market activity levels.
Learn what property registrations represent, what they don't capture, and why they function as a transaction volume indicator.
Understand how to access and read monthly escrituración reports from the Colegio de Escribanos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Learn to identify and account for seasonal variations in transaction data when interpreting monthly changes.
Understand how to compare registration data across time periods and what meaningful changes look like.
Understanding how price indices are constructed and what they actually measure.
Learn how this index is calculated, what data sources it uses, and why it doesn't measure what many people assume.
Understand the critical difference between listing prices and actual transaction prices in market data.
Learn how to calculate this metric correctly and what it indicates about rental market conditions.
Understand how currency denomination affects price index interpretation in the Argentine context.
Understanding metrics that reveal market dynamics and future trends.
Learn what average listing duration reveals about the balance between supply and demand in different segments.
Understand how to interpret data on available listings and what inventory changes indicate.
Learn how construction indices are compiled and why they function as leading indicators of broader trends.
Understand how to read multiple indicators together for more comprehensive market understanding.
Each session includes reference materials explaining the indicators covered, links to official data sources, and examples of how to read the reports correctly. You'll have access to these materials after completing each session.
The course focuses on teaching you skills you can apply independently. After completing the program, you'll know where to find official market data and how to interpret it when you encounter it in news coverage or direct from the sources.
Sessions can be attended in person at our Rosario location or accessed remotely. Each session runs approximately two hours and includes time for questions about the specific indicators being covered.
The course maintains a strictly educational focus throughout. We teach data interpretation, not market forecasting or investment strategy. Questions about what indicators mean and how to read them are welcomed. Questions asking for market predictions or investment advice are outside the course scope.
