What does each session cover?

Our three-session course systematically teaches you to interpret the major categories of Argentine real estate market indicators.

How is the course structured?

The course consists of three focused sessions, each examining a specific category of market indicators. Every session follows the same structure: explaining what the indicators measure, showing where to find official data, and teaching how to interpret the information correctly.

Sessions build on each other but can also stand alone. You'll work with real data examples throughout, developing practical skills in reading and understanding the reports you encounter in market news.

What materials do you receive?

Each session includes reference materials explaining the indicators covered, links to official data sources, and examples of how to read the reports correctly. You'll have access to these materials after completing each session.

The course focuses on teaching you skills you can apply independently. After completing the program, you'll know where to find official market data and how to interpret it when you encounter it in news coverage or direct from the sources.

How are sessions delivered?

Sessions can be attended in person at our Rosario location or accessed remotely. Each session runs approximately two hours and includes time for questions about the specific indicators being covered.

The course maintains a strictly educational focus throughout. We teach data interpretation, not market forecasting or investment strategy. Questions about what indicators mean and how to read them are welcomed. Questions asking for market predictions or investment advice are outside the course scope.
